Mike Quadrini is a F500 builder and modifier in Mamaroneck, NY. His rear
suspension design is such that the motor and drive system is fastened to
the chassis, and only the rear axle, with brake drive pulley housing and
wheels and tires move under suspension loads. It reduces the unsprung
weight of the rear end of the car, improving handling. I guess it must
work, as his car has won the Nationals two years in a row. 2001, 2002.

Hi all,

I have a question concerning QRE Rear-ends.

What are they, and what do they look like....

I am fairly new to the f500 scene, and would like to know more info.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Phillip
