[F500] Electric Starter Instillation/Parts

Hi All,
After completing my first F500 race weekend 2 weeks ago on a completely
rebuilt car I am going through my to do list to get ready for my next race.
Near the top of the list is the addition of a starter system.  My engine is
a Rotax and primary clutch is Polaris.  I tried to talk to Tony Murphy about
purchasing the starter, ring gear, and basketry but his answering machine
indicated that the office would be closed for a couple of weeks.  My next
race is June 28th and I would like to install a starter before then.  What
are my options for purchasing/making the required parts?    

Can anybody email me some digital pictures of the starter setup.  If need be
I can make whatever basketry is required.  If there are parts that I can get
from a salvage yard, there are supposedly a few in my area.  I went through
he archives yesterday and found reference to 2 different mounting
configurations...a 2 bracket and a single bracket setup.  Any
benefits/differences?

My clutch will need to be machined to accept the ring gear.  Any
recommendations to make sure that goes well?

Also, what is the offset between a Polaris primary and Polaris secondary
clutch pair.
