[F500] Autocross and solo I

I know I'm fine, as-is (well, after it's reassembled, that is) for solo 
II, but I'm projecting to a time when I might want to run a solo I.  My 
reading of the rulebook tells me I can't run solo I without the updates 
to road race requirements.
