[F500] F5/FMod updates

IMHO, there is no way the AMW will make 95 to 100 hp with Mikunis.  I
spent a month on the dyno (9 years ago) with the AMW & with properly
setup down draft carbs & the best pipe we saw 78 hp maximum.  Putting
38VM Mikunis on with a manifold that has to turn 90 degrees will not
enhance the power by 20ish HP.  Now lay the motor down & put a decent
manifold on it & you might get another 10+ but I doubt that much more is
available.

At the speed the BOD and SEB move, this issue should be cleared
up just in time for the 2007 season. This proposal was greatly lacking
