Stan,

What you left out from the Class Definition is the
first sentence: "A class for single-seat, open-wheel,
rigid-suspension race cars using snowmobile-derived
engines and drive components."  Transfer cases are
used in many snowmobiles and from what little I see of
the snowmobiling world here in wet, western
Washington, their use is increasing.  Their use is, in
my opinion, fully within the Class Philosophy.
